Bob joined Civilence in 2026. Prior to that, he worked at CMS for over 18 years and at Westvaer for over 3 years.

He has also completed the postgraduate specialization program in Corporate and Business Law at the Grotius Academy.

Bob specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border restructurings, corporate governance, joint ventures, trust foundation structures, and business succession. He has a special interest in advising family-owned businesses.
