Chris studied Dutch and European Union law at the University of Amsterdam. After graduating in 2018, he gained in-house legal work experience in the field of corporate law and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

>He joined Civilence in 2021 and has been engaged with the incorporation of BV’s and other entities, the issue and transfer of shares, amendments to the articles of association, mergers and other (cross-border) restructurings.
