Alek graduated in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam in 2023, with a specialization in corporate law. After completing her studies, she gained in-house legal work experience in the field of corporate law and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Alek joined Civilence in 2022. She deals with the incorporation of BV’s and other entities, the issue and transfer of shares, amendments of the articles of association, mergers and other (cross-border) restructurings.
